Raz Choudhury is the founder and president of World Class Outsourcing (WCO). Raz has spent most of his professional career in the IT industry, he has also served as a Senior Technology and Online Marketing Consultant for small and mid-market clients.

His career started at the age of 19 with IBM, for 5 years he served as an Advisory IT Specialist for IBM clients such as Goldman Sachs, AXA-Equitable, & Mitsubishi International.

As a Microsoft Certified Professional & Microsoft Certified Trainer, Raz has instructed IT & Engineering courses. He has also worked with many small and mid-market clients in developing and executing their technology and online marketing initiatives.

With his rich corporate, engineering, and small business background Raz has successfully lead WCO Global Services, exercising the highest industry standards and providing quality and customer-focused services.

Remigius Arul is the Chief Operating Officer of World Class Outsourcing (WCO), has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and a Masters Degree in Computer Applications. Remi is exceptionally qualified in Project Management with over 4 years experience with a proven track record in managing the growth and development of successful start-up companies in IT industry.

His work experience includes operations management, engineering, Team motivation, set up and maintaining the quality in software development products and processes. He has handled projects in different domains such as E-Learning, Finance, Retail sales and Non Banking Financial Services.

Organizing, planning, working under pressure, meeting deadlines, flexibility to changing conditions, meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations, budgeting and forecasting, leadership and teaming are some of the many skills he has gained over working on a wide range of projects, with different people for varied companies.
